Corporate Finance Trainee

We assist our clients in identifying and achieving their goals, whether they want to grow, buy or sell - we provide assistance in raising finance, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and business sales. As a Corporate Finance Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas including;

  • Business valuations and share valuations
  • Assist either potential purchasers or sellers in all the stages in acquisitions and mergers
  • Due Diligence Reviews - Gathering, analysing, and interpreting information
  • Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns using financial modelling
  • Negotiating and structuring financial deals

Requirements:

  • Accountancy, Tax or Business Degree     (Advantage) with a minimum of 2.1
  • 400+ Leaving cert points or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion to learn and progress
  • A desire and commitment to gain an accountancy     qualification
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Computer literacy – proficient in Excel
