Our Corporate Finance team is led by Jason Bradshaw who offers a partner led approach with in-depth knowledge across a wide range of sectors, serving clients for over 20 years.
Throughout the last number of years, we have advised on an extensive list of advisory projects, with our clients ranging from SMEs to large international organisations. In 2021, our Corporate Finance team was listed by Global insights firm Experian as the second most active financial M&A advisor in Ireland (by deal volume).
In total, we have completed 67 deals since 2020, with a deal value of over €500 million.
In 2022 and 2023 our Corporate Finance team was awarded Finance Dublin Deal of The Year awards.
