VetPartners have acquired three veterinary practices in deals supported by PKF Brenson Lawlor’s Corporate Finance and Tax teams; Greystones Vets, Greystones Co. Wicklow, Florence Road Vets, Bray, Co Wicklow and Midleton Veterinary Hospital, Midleton, Co. Cork.

VetPartners operates a diverse range of small animal, mixed, and equine veterinary practices across Europe, including over 500 mixed and referral practices in the UK. Founded by Jo Malone in 2015, the company has grown significantly and was acquired by private equity firm BC Partners in 2018 for approximately £720 m. In the financial year ending June 2023, VetPartners reported a turnover of around £723.3 m, generating an EBITDA of approximately £105.4 m, showcasing its strong financial performance (Source: Renatus 5th January 2025).
