JPA Brenson Lawlor have advised the shareholders of WEW Engineering Ltd on the sale of their business to Fingleton White Group.

WEW Engineering are a specialist Consulting Engineering design and management company focused on sustainable, energy-efficient water and wastewater treatment.
Fingleton White Group, established in 1981, provides engineering services to the energy industry throughout Ireland and the UK operating across multiple sectors including gas, CHP, Biofuels, Water and Telecoms.
