We are delighted to announce that we have won the Deal of Year Award, SME Inward Acquisition M&A, for the work on the acquisition of Demesne Electrical Sales Limited (“Demesne”) by Swedish publicly listed company, OEM International Plc.
Our corporate finance team, headed by Partner Jason Bradshaw, provided Demesne’s shareholders with corporate finance advice. Demesne is Ireland’s leading independent importer and distributor of electrical control, switchgear, energy saving & installation products.
